Is google making us stupid

After reading the article called is google making us stupid i found that i came up with a good technique keeping google from making us stupid. I feel google is kinda making us stupid because you cant trust everything you find on the internet I also feel that if you read hard books or learn from a reputable person you could easily go onto google and be able to tell weather the information you are gathering is fact or fiction. so if you do not go and use books too look up some guidance information on a topic or seek and expert on the topic before you just google your info id say you are quite stupid.
